COVID-19 announcement: We are open and working as usual. Our Office is closed to the public! Helpline operating hours 10 AM - 7 PM

The time this takes depends on several things, including the type of appeal and the procedure type. Once Inspectorate have identified a suitable Inspector, they will write to us with the timetable for the appeal, including deadlines for the submission of representations and support documents. The Inspector may also hold a site visit.

Why Choose Us

We have continuously achieved and maintained a high success rate for planning appeals due to our expert team of planners.
You will be allocated a personal case worker who will offer you a highly personalised service in order to resolve your refusal.
Our appeal experts are senior town planners and lawyers with years of experience who work – or have worked – as planning officers, often at senior levels within council planning departments. They will help alleviate the stress of your case and assist in your planning issues.
In addition to all this, our access to specialists from different backgrounds means that our resources are limitless; we always have someone to lend a hand.

We do speak  EN    RUS     LT .

Usually, you will have 6 months from the date of a decision notice to file a planning appeal. However, if you have a Householder Application that was refused, then any appeal must be filed within 12 weeks. If you have received an enforcement notice, you must appeal within 28 days of the notice.
