Submission

We aim to prepare your case statement in the next five-seven working days.
As soon your case will be ready for submission, we will send you a draft for your perusal and confirmation.

If there is no objections or amendments, the case will go to the supervisor for the final check of legal points and to our proofreaders team.

Then we will submit the Appeal to The Planning Inspectorate.

Usually, you will have 6 months from the date of a decision notice to file a planning appeal. However, if you have a Householder Application that was refused, then any appeal must be filed within 12 weeks. If you have received an enforcement notice, you must appeal within 28 days of the notice.
